Looking for a fast learning support assistant

We always try to provide our customers with the best support possible. That is why we are looking for a friendly and fast learning support assistant. The main focus would be telephone and online support, taking care of the Ventuz forum and, after having acquired the necessary knowledge, demo meetings. We know that a learning process will be involved and we don't require that applicants are Ventuz experts, but having worked with Ventuz in the past would be preferred.

Applicants should possess:

• Basic knowledge of the Ventuz software
• Skills in video- and audio-engineering, common image editing and 3D-graphics would be an advantage
• Some knowledge of hardware configurations and components most used with Ventuz
• The ability to work self-dependent and self-motivated
• A friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and German
