The Porsche Cayenne 2010 lottery

On the occasion of the introduction of the Porsche Cayenne 2010 at the International Sales Meeting in Leipzig, the agency eventsupport created an interactive lottery operated through up to 18 touch displays.

The task was to arrange a setup in which a daily changing number of teams could answer multiple choice questions and solve matching problems. The scores, including the ratio of right to wrong answers, the quickest answer and many more such details, were displayed on a large projection screen on stage. At the end all scores were added up to evaluate the final winner. Naturally, the preliminary result was shown after every question.

eventsupport created a solution which included three building blocks. On the one hand there were the 18 Ventuz systems for the up to 18 touch displays for the teams. The content on these touch displays could be viewed in three different languages. The on-stage-projection was realized by two Ventuz machines, running in sync. Thirdly, one Ventuz machines was set in between the other two building blocks as a control unit, receiving information from the touch terminals, calculating the answers and scores and then sending this information to the projection machines which created the appropriate images.

The event ran from 29th of April through 8th of May 2010 and was a great success.
