ifa opens its doors with a fine Ventuz presentation

The ifa, the number one international exhibition for consumer electronics, opened its gates in Berlin for the 50th time this year. On the 1^st of September the board of directors welcomed the press with a conference that set the technological standard for the entire event.

For this event, the board of directors of the ifa decided to throw out the solutions they had used in the previous years and bet on a new horse: Ventuz. The presentation was created by the agency eventsupport and ran on a 19 meter wide projection screen. Thanks to the ATI FirePro 8800 only one VBox could be used for all four projectors. With a full resolution of 5690x1050, the presentation ran smoothly and completely stably.

Additionally, a live DVI and SDI video setup was installed which filmed the speakers and simultaneously displayed the image on the screen to provide for a clear and easy view of what was going on on stage.

Interactivity was provided by a Holo-Touch-Terminal. The speakers could navigate through their presentations via an intuitive interface which allowed for non-linear content display.

The 450 guests were highly impressed, as was the customer.
