Manager conference packaged in Ventuz

Swedish packaging manufacturer equips their entire top manager conference with Ventuz applications.

In December 2010, a leading Swedish packaging manufacturer hosted several conferences for their 300 top managers. The events took place in Lund and Malmö.

During the conception phase, the customer issued one single requirement: no PowerPoint. But what they got by far exceeded their expectations. The main stage consisted of a 4 times full HP projection, soft-edged in Ventuz. This was the place where the executive’s presentation was held. Additionally, the workshop presentation was projected here. It included a quiz for the managers which they could participate in via iPads that they were given beforehand. The third event on this stage was a panel discussion. It included a non-linear presentation which could be controlled via an iPod.





Besides the main stage, two individual workshops were held. They included non-linear Ventuz presentations with additional voting elements (via iPad), films and 3D models.

The customer was more than happy with the event. Videos of the presentations are now used as marketing tools in the USA, China and South Amerika.
