project syntropy demos Ventuz at Showtech

The Showtech in Berlin is a major event technology exhibition in Germany. Our customer project: syntropy is a frequent guest at this show, but this year they brought some Ventuz magic.

project: syntropy are masters at high-end dome projections and multitouch systems. But the concept of this year’s demo brought both worlds together and took dome projections to a whole new level: interactivity. For the demo, videos and images were mapped onto 3D object in realtime. Via an interface on a multitouch screen which was placed in front of the dome projection, content could be brought on stage on the big screen, could be scaled, moved around, and films and images could be exchanged.

project: syntropy is promoting this concept as a fully scalable product for museums, trade shows, science centers and show rooms. The software will be a flexible generic system using CMS, flexible search functions and an easily adaptable interface for multipurpose use. The projection can naturally be of any size up to full-dome. We think this is a great plan.
