Launch of data centre in Pavlodar

a+1 production teamed up with three monkeys for the opening of the 1st tier III data centre in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, which took place on September 19.

The data centre is a joint project of HP and Kazakh Telekom, and the first tier III centre in the region. The Minister of Transport and communications and the CEO of Kazakh Telekom were all present at the event.


 

To create an innovative launch scenario, the monkeybook was used as a remote control for the presentations of the CEO of Kazakh Telekom and the Minister of Transport and Communications. Both presentations were run on a seven-metre video wall that also served to visualize the activation process as well as the simulation of the data centre control room facility. The services were symbolically launched on site via touch tables. The monkeybook, touch tables and video wall were all operated via Ventuz.
