Nonlinear Company Presentations for SMBs

Our friends in Krefeld are not only managing all the Ventuz training business for Ventuz in regular training sessions, but also help our customers by performing training and consulting "on the job". This leads to many great presentations for SMBs like the one presented here.

Traditionally, company and product presentations for meetings, events and fairs are realized with common tools like Powerpoint or similar products. Information is usually presented in a fixed sequence. The viewer has no overview over the whole presentation, cannot leave the default timeline to go into deeper details or even identify individual themes and navigate through them in the flood of slides.

Why not reinventing the wheel? That’s what the CEO of the software company CSG make IT GmbH from Muenster, Germany figured, a customer of INCAS Training. The aim was to present the advantages of their complex ERP system for the packing industry during client appointments or at fairs - fast and target-oriented.



Due to the amount of scenarios, the classic way of a Powerpoint presentation lead to a confusing, unmanageable slide flood. Since customers prefer quick access to relevant information, this was not acceptable.

The solution was Ventuz 2008 and a five day workshop with INCAS Training to create a presentation with three navigation levels in an intuitive touchscreen environment. In this three-dimensional user interface, every desired subject can be selected and viewed closely with your fingertip.
